Welcome to Kirsty Mathieson Pilates. I teach a range of Pilates mat and studio classes in South East and South West London. My studio work is based in Brixton (Body Alliance) and Camberwell (Artichoke Pilates); my mat classes are in Herne Hill and Sydenham. Beginners, Improvers/ Intermediate, Pre/post-natal and Over 60's are all catered for.
